Teddy Day, 2017 - Little Did He Know!

10th February, 2017 ❤️

Life haven't always been fair with him. There were times when the going was really tough, and he faltered. He couldn't really rise above the past, couldn't make a better future but he was determined to live the present every day, because she had once taught him,

"When you think that there's no way out, that this is the end, that the road less travelled took you to the dead end, you must remember that the there's always a way out, and if there isn't, make a way, for the end haven't knocked at your door just yet."

Saksham lived through the years without her with this one saying, because he had to make her proud, he had to make her believe that he didn't leave behind a boy who was weak, but a man who knew how lead the way through the path of his life.
Every day, as the sunset, and another rises, he comforted himself in the arms of the one he left behind.

Freddy.

His fluffiness reminded him of the times when he was pampered by her hand on his head, his upright position made him feel more like her guidance still hovered on her head, his furry coat and the warmth it gave by reminded him of the cosy nights he had spent in the embrace of her forever love.

They have been together since his 8th birthday, when she gifted it to him for the first time, a teddy named Freddy to live by him.

Little did he know that he was extraordinarily happy for a supplement for his medicine of joy, love and care. She was leaving him, or a demon of cancer was dragging her away.

Little did he know, that Freddy was to fill in for her ever so caring teddy. The one he owned since birth.

Little did he know, that it'll be the last memory he'll hold of his mother. 😔

Freddy did hold on to his sorrows, joys and fears, but the love of a mother couldn't be served as a supplement of a stuffed joyous kid, because in the end a hand of a mother is much more comforting than a furry little Freddy, in his arms.
Ever since he's been a teddy man to every kid without a mother, because at the end of the day, a hug of love matters more than a hug of materialistic life.

Be an orphans teddy this year, for that smile is priceless. ❤️
