Wedding Series! At The Window!

I stood there like I always did. Remembering the old days, the days when he stood there right beside me on that very window.

The Window.
A place in my house which has always witnessed the most beautiful and the most saddening moments of the journey I have lived so far. The first time I saw the love of my life was at this window. He walked towards me, amidst blazing light of the early morning Sun, dazzling an aura which captivated me for a lifetime. It still seems so invigorating to think of it, all set in the mind so as to live those perfect moments whenever I feel like it.
I also remember how he came down, riding a horse to make me belong to him forever. That look on his face as our eyes met, it still makes me smile. It was once in a lifetime kind of a moment, when I was dressed as a bride, all set to walk the horizons with the love of my life. That one moment was lived by me, and the window. After all, it all started from here.
But how can I forget that blissful stage, the time when I waited for him to come back home. The most beautiful wait I ever breathed for. I waited at that very window, to announce him that he'll be a father soon. The window experienced that jingle he did, and also the kisses he showered me with.
From Rishabh's first cry to his first day to school, from our celebrations of the silent Diwali to the time he bid adieu for his stay in New Jersey. The window witnessed the beauty he brought in as his wife and also the beauty they gave birth to as Trisha. Every life was lived with the support of this little window, being the witness of our togetherness.

And today it was to live another beautiful memory.
As she stood by that old window, stealing glances at the love of her life I knew it'll be a journey of another women by the window, the window which witnessed what a women holds in folds of her hands, in the folds of her heart.
