Because I've Known A Magician Called "Mother"
I've never known a mother who has been selfish, or selfless. I've known a conscious mother who knows of her long term goals and the aspirations of her child. I've known a mother is mindful and is aware of what she'd might want to give for the rest of her life. She is someone who prioritises her needs but over that she prioritises the needs of her child. I've known a mother like that, and I've known every mother like that.
A mother is known to walk before us as when we are a child, to set an example, to teach us a way to life. As we grow older into our teen years, she walks behind us to make us fall back on her in the time of need and she is always there, every step of the dingy, disturbed lane. Time passes by, to a time when we are adults, she still is there, beside us, making us realise how we can capture the best moments together being just friends.
She's not someone who'll be in bed unless you return home, she's not someone who will leave you hungry and sleep with a stomach filled of delicacies, in fact she might sleep more soundly if your hunger is sufficed even if she haven't had food since morning. That's how mother's have always been.
There's something which changes in every girl once she steps onto the ladder of being a mother. They come to think alike. No one else but a mother can teach you to love indefinitely, to love too deep, deep enough to rejoice in someone's happiness, ache in someone's ache and feel what they feel without even sharing a word. That's the concern which lives in the heart of every mother, that's the love only a mother can shower over you and no one else.
Being a mother isn't a job, it isn't a relationship but simply an emotion, it is an emotion which states how a mother is always a mother, no matter how much the child may have grown. They do have a connection with you, which begins from the eyes but stop at connecting two hearts which matter to each other.
A mother is a heartbeat to a home, without her, everything simply seems to be lifeless.
