Coz Now You Need To #FightBack!
I guess to an extent there can't be a better present o Women's Day in our country other than what the people did in Dimapur.
Those of you who don't know where is Dimapur, then it's a district in Nagaland and those of you who have no idea of what has happened then here's the story ~
A mob of more than thousand men raided a local jail and got Syed Farid Khan, a 35 year old man out of it.
Why was he in?
Because he allegedly raped a 20 year old. So as a revenge the mob paraded him naked, and killed him in full public view. The police couldn't do anything and the mob had no shame for what they did.

Now, what to do we need to know is where do we, our system and our country fails.
Today, what the people have done, it should have been done long back by 'our system'. I don't understand that what's point of keeping these people in jail when they are declared guilty by the court. What's the damn point in holding them in the jail for years and years till the time they die? Why do we have the concept of 'Umarkaid'? Coz according to me if a person is in jail and is found guilty then what's the point in letting him live even if it's in the jail.
Actually it's not even about the system, it's about the ideology of the people in our country.
For example,
The honourable judges in our system AP Singh and ML Sharma has said,
'That women are like diamonds. If you leave her on the streets, the dogs will come and take her.'
Isn't that an amazing statement? These people deserve an applause but on their face. What kind of a statement is that? What they mean is that if a girl is independent enough to roam around the city then a rape is justified. If she do not have someone to 'protect' her then a rape is justified? Then what about the Nirbhaya case? Her friend was there to protect her but he was brutally beaten up by those men.
Mr. AP Singh even quoted 'I'll burn my sister or daughter if they venture out in the evening like the victim did.'
Now, that was like a cherry on the cake right?
If we have such men in our country then it's better for the women to stick to another statement of these honourable men, i.e. 'Our culture is the best because in our culture there is no women.'
If this is true, then it's a plead from my side that on this Women's Day every women of the country should just sit back doing nothing. Even picking up a glass of water should not be done by her, no questions for her in any point of the day. Let's see how these men will survive.
Dimapur sets an example, that no matter what, even if the law is bro ken they shouldn't mind it, coz if the court can't grant justice then it should be snatched away.
Women, you all should remember that no one, almost no one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Start living the life you imagined to live. If you'll believe that you can, I bet, you will coz no one can be more determined than a woman.
